This is perhaps because my browser isn't loading the proper CSS files? I don't know.. I tried clear cache and hard reload, but still it loads this way.
Anyone know why?

Okay, this is weird.. the forum appears as below..

I think Scott updated the forum software, and that the theme we were using is not available in the latest version. We're back on the default phpbb theme.

What's more, the new default theme for phpbb is now a "responsive" one, meaning it adapts to the device used to browse it. It makes it easier to use on mobile.
I did prefer the old design though.
I miss the AT logo, and often clicking board index don't give me a refreshed view. I have to manually refresh the page.

I thought it was strange too, but I don't seem to be having any issues with the site.

I really like this new layout! 
Until now it was not much fun reading on my small mobile, with all this zooming and scrolling horizontally.
Now it is displayed very good!
And the AT logo probably will be possible to get displayed again.
