How to post in Development Corner?
Is the development corner still considered the place to talk about quests/maps/features that are about to be created? Or is it only for "core" developers? Since I've applied there I can read posts, but I can't open topics myself. And in the user control panel it says that my membership to the developers user group would still be pending.

You have to be accepted in the group. Send a pm to sdevaney explaining your motives, it should be pretty fast afterwards.
