If you look on whos online, you will often see bots. There are bing bots, google bots, baidu bots, and rarely msn bots.

If you click on whos online however, you will find out what the bots are looking at! :P

Is the chinese search engine baidu accualy a drunkard?

I got minimal amusment when i saw this, hence the topic name.

Well I guess the bots don't wanna get spied so maybe Scott should do something about this? (the bots should search the forum completely anonymous)

"Majestic 12" is probably the most interesting bot to regularly visit.

Oh yeah... I forgot about that one.

I beleve that there is a couple of plargism bots scouting around for... Plargism.

Also... Baidu! You chinese creeper bots! Always gathering info... Nobody tell them your adress! They might be assasions!
I was going to say ninjas but that japenese. :(

The bots accounts are built into phpBB (our forum software).
It is useful to have them recognized because this way they are served an optimized version of the page which help lower the cpu and data consumption of our server.
