Question about items

Is there any use for items like
Rat tail
insect wings, poison grand ,glass gem ,animal hair, insect shell, ruby gem, polished gem ,small rock, sharpen gem, bone, claw

if there is no use for them I am going to sell them

I'm pretty sure several of those items are for quests , towards the beggining of the game.

I'm past the beginning I just haven't done the beast quest. So is there any need for thes items?

Currently there is only need for rat tail, insect wings, poison grand and bone.
Each of this items is used in a quest. But you might still get the items when you need them.

However if you do not need the money, you could keep them. Perhaps there will come a later quest or merchant needing them. (There will come a faster way to drop or sell for sure.)

They may be useful if and when they introduce crafting into the game, so I am keeping them just in case.

Yeah, I guess we needed milk (I didn't for whatever reason) in the newest update. If you didn't look here to know that (I didn't) it could have cost you a long trip to and from a place that sells it (but it didn't for me). But hearing that, when I went out to do that RoLS research, I bought 10 of everything I didn't have, just in case someone needed it in a future quest. It never hurts to keep items unless you're desperate for cash, especially now that you have quick access to things like Bonemeal.

I recommend keeping a few of everything you pick up. I am working on one where I buy as many as I can of everything.

If I never use it, I can sell it and use the money for something else.

To Chest_Rockfield: if you didn't need the milk, you missed the quest that gets you the use of a bed in Prim. You can do that quest whichever town you side with, I believe.

You should not buy something you don't need.
You need to pay more then you regain from selling later...

I have not sold anything and I've bought everything. Money is not important
