I would have never come across that, it is a good and interesting find.

I just enjoy the game and like it very much. Just a backgroundinfo: I work as a softwaretester so expect more such hidden bugs to be found (if there are any).

1) get into a fight
2) during the enemy attacks you go to the menu screen
3) load a game
4) attack something

When you try to attack the enemy nothing happens. You are still allowed to end turn and use items but you can't attack or try to escape the fight.

restricting where the player could save?

[you can only save on certain maps]

I'm currently writing some code for AT (first contributions), and while I consider myself a good coder, I am so bad when it comes to testing...

Will come everytime I find a bug. But it's hard to test/reproduce without the Test-tools I am used too (aka cheats)

But atm primary I play the game to have fun (enough testing at work).

I don't think this solves the problem as I can tell because it happens when loading a game not when saving it.
