Can someone tell me how to get past the Drunken Tale quest. The drunk outside of the bar in Fallhaven begins to tell me a tale and ask me to buy him another mead. I do but he never ask for it when I talk to him again. Also I have a special made mead to put someone to sleep. What is that for? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The drunk guy outside the tavern should ask for some mead and give you the option to give him some mead, but only once. Check if you have completed the quest.

The special mead is for the warden in the Fallhaven prison.
