I answer all 9 questions and hit submit... then nothing. I do it again and add text to the open sorce and hit submit then nothing. It doesn't want to submit.

Is the page blanked-out? Do you see the browser's "twirly" or other indication that it is trying to reach the server/doing something?

It does non of that. It acts like I never hit submit. But the submit button shows that I hit submit.
