Yeah, but that seems kind of pointless, as Tek had pointed out. I think it would be easier for the devs and better for the players to just reword the text.

I agree. Tek is right that there is no need to change the mechanics.
Only the text could be changed to prevent confusion. Maybe just remove the part with Dazed and Fatigued.

I wasn't saying that it needs to change, but if you do, I agree it's pointless to just require a second sleep.

I know most people are used to games with no final death, but I was raised on Nethack, so even making death tougher feels like letting you off too easy lol

Either way, the text should be reworded.

Perhaps there could be limits to how much sleep heals you, whether or not you reach zero HP.

No way!
This idea about changing how the hero is effected upon death is in my opinion quite silly. The hero awakens in his bed. Enough said. The well spent time in bed has rested the hero to full health. I see nothing wrong with this.

I am not discouraging ideas; just this one.

+1 I agree. There is no point to changing what happens to a player after death, plus the loss of XP is punishment enough.
