I would level a bit first. Falstaff castle is the best place to do it as you will make a lot of cash and get all the equipment you need. I would recommend...

I'm thinking about going Blackwater. Prim seems like the obvious victims, but the way everyone in Prim acted seemed off. And the collapsed tunnel that's supposedly cutting off their access to the outside should be easy to fix for a village of miners. The piles of gold in the treasury, the attitude of the soldiers, I don't know. I haven't really started any of the story line yet though. Just poked around in the new content. Decided the monsters on the mountain were a little tougher than I liked, and went back to the gargoyle trainers to pick up a few more levels. And hopefully pick up a RoLS too...
