How many player conditions can you inflict?

Sarumar's "how many conditions can you get" challenge gave me this idea. How many can you inflict on one creature without killing it?

I don't have any of them so I'm not sure if skills like Internal bleeding or Fracture show up as a condition, but I was able to use all 3 weapons (chaos reaper, barbed dagger and Blackwater poisoned dagger) on a Strong Maonit brute.

Yeah, mine was just barely low enough. If I didn't inflict them in one hit then it would be too late. And I had to unequip my RoLS and put on the Shimmering Hat to lower my AD a little. And of course, you have to use ChaR last since Chaotic Grip reduces DR.
