I finished a pt-BR translation of Andor's Trail (version 0.6.12alpha). I posted it here:

I created a temporary git tree with those translations, as it might help reviewing it.

I re-used the 3 files from the pt-pt translation, changing some things there, due to the
language differences.

It might help your translation efforts to pt-pt, as there are several similar things.
I suspect that the questlist might fit almost as-is. Of course, conversation translation
is harder, as, while in Brazil we use a single verb for actions, you generally use a
verbal locution in Portugal. Anyway, feel free to use it and to review.
