Item suggestion- Spiked armor/Thornmail

[Greebo4]

I'd like to wear aromr that has a chance to deal damage to attacker. Of course it could be a shield as well as body armor.
How I imagine this item
Spiked armor:
AC: -(0-10)%
Critical Skill:-(4-10)x
BC: (20-30)%
DR: (1-2)
Attack(and or Move) Cost Pentaly:(0-2)
Has a 30% chance to deal (5-20) dmg to attacker.

I think damage should be dealt at every attack whatever miss or hit.
To gain this item player would do quest(or quest line) for Blacksmiths/Armorers guild.
What do you think?
