Any translation issues brought up would be posted on the issue tracker. More than likely now that there is a Japanese translation there will be more volunteers to assist with any proofreading issues that might arise.

Probably. It doesn't really matter if proper nouns are not translated, so I have put them off until now.
Also, I was worried that if the translation was delayed and the English and Japanese names were mixed together, it might confuse the player.

However, I am thinking of translating them all together in earnest after the next release.
