Where to level up fast?

I'm level 25, equip is; Jewel Of Fallhaven
Superior Chain Mail
Leather Cap
Flagstone's pride
Polished r.o.b
ring of protector
troublemakers gloves
Vacors boots

any advice on better equip and hunting areas would be a great help

Pretty good items, IMO Villain's ring and Woodcutter's boots are better ones.

Go to Ighan cave and earn some exp

If you're using Flagstone's Pride, then you should try to increase your Effective Critical Chance.

For armour, get the Villain's leather armor
And get a 2nd Ring of polished backstabbing

If you go with Sarumar's suggestion of Villain's ring, then I would also buy the Quickstrike dagger, Superior Leather armor, swift gloves of attack (or fine gloves of swift attack if you've done the quests to get to them) to improve your equipment-based attack chance.

Not sure what skills you have, but Combat Speed will help, as would cleave if you're going to the Iqhan caves.

For a Critical Damage build:

Polished Ring of Backstabbing (CHS +7)
Villians Leather Armor (CHS +3)
Ring Of Lesser Shadow (CHS +6)
Dagger Of the Shadow Priest (CHS +20)
