If I remember correctly, the tailor in Fallhaven sells this ring. (Otherwise, check out the Thieves Guild headquarters "supplier.")

I just checked, my second place was the right one. The Thieves Guild headquarters supplier is the one who has these rings. There is a ring of strike, critical hit 5% for 3399 gold, as well as the ring of vicious strike, attack chance -10%, critical hit 7% for 3973 gold. Sorry for the mistake about the tailor. At least the town was right.

Thanks for checking. I went back to Fallhaven to make sure and then I remembered I passed on the ring of vicious strike because of the -10% attack chance, so I got the ring of strike instead, but then the damage reduction from not having a 2nd ring of damage +6 wasn't worth it, so I still have it but am not using it right now. Maybe after I build up my unequipped damage stats some more.

My theory is this:
After 6 levels, all training put into AD, you have the stats of a +6dmg ring. No matter how you level, you can NEVER improved your crit chance. Although +7% crit ring sets you back essentially 2 lvls in AC, you're up immeasurably in crit.

I'm curious what happens if you add a crit chance to a weapon that has no listed modifier? I assume nothing but thought id ask.

I also wanted to note that replacing a +6 dmg rin with one of the vicious strike rings will set you back 8 levels...imo your much better off with the 6 damage 10 accuracy on a 2ap weapon.
