I would think that 59hp at level 29 means you have fortitude. What seems low to me is your attack damage number. I think you should work on raising that. I prefer my 2 RoLS to my 2 PRoB, Chest, but like the PRoB in the meantime. Much of the choice of equipment depends on how you build your character, so that is really the first thing you need to figure out. If you can't decide between offensive and defensive, go for a balanced build.
And don't forget the combat speed skill to give you 12AP instead of 10. Whatever your build, you can always use an extra hit at the monsters.
