you can't get more ap right now but if you get the Jewel of Fallhaven then your attack cost is reduced by 1

Currently just the Jewel of Fallhaven helps reduce cost but does not increase overall AP. There has been discussion of providing items that boost AP, but as of yet none of them are available.
