If you have this weapon are you using it? Currently on the hunt for the RoL. Just wondering how good it is.

The item is nice when you grind in areas without minor fatigue.
I gain enough HP so that my HP bar is full all the time.
However with fatigue around the AP disadvantage is too big. (currently - will improve with skills / higher levels)
