Hi everyone, been playing this game for a week, great game, but i have a question about the ROLS, is it possible to still find the ring even though i have finished the dungeon and killed Maelveon and got the stone cuirass from him?

Oh yea, it's very possible. Probable is a totally different subject...

all 27 pages... some good stratigies, prefrences, etc. It took me quite a while to finally get one, 100s and 100s of runs through that cave (and then a few more after that). Some have lucked out and gotten one fairly quickly.

thanks for that, i have completed this cave ages ago and killed hundreds of the creatures but have had no luck findind this ring

some of us have killed thousands upon thousands and had no luck either....the drop rate is excessively low as to be kinda pointless IMO. I gained 14 levels trying to get one and not even a glimmer.

The drop rate is so low it's more about luck than anything. I feel like I should be playing with my fingers crossed, a horse shoe around my neck, and a rabbits foot in my pocket when trying to get one of the rare drops.

I'm one of the unlucky ones as well; gained 20 levels and not see either the RoLS or ElyR.

If you do get one, I would suggest buying a lottery ticket right after too.

Hi, is it really worth going for this ring??? im losing all interest in the game because i have killed thousands of these things and nothing, it is actually spoiling the game because i no the ring is there sometimes but its too difficult to get

There's been debate over whether or not the ring is worth it, but imo trying for it is because of the experience and gold you'll collect in the process. Leveling up will help on the blackwater mountain and prim areas, especially if you focus on AC & AD. If you're using a weapon with critical damage, then the ring adds to your chances and still gives you some extra damage (its +3 damage so you get extra critical chance and only lose 3 damage compared to the +6 damage ring).

But its too hard to find, i have killed thousands and been killed loads of times aswell, but i don't lose experience because i just load my last save up, but its spoiling the game
