Blackwater Dagger, removes AP

I recently aquired this dagger after finishing that quest line, however i noticed that instead of adding the 40% AP, it REMOVES 10% AP. I tried this with all gear on and also with only dagger equipped, and it occured with each.

The dagger contains Blackwater Misery which removes some of your ability.

Blackwater items grant you buff called blackwater misery. Blackwater misery removes 50% of AC. No one item is worth the buff alone, but the thing is that you wear lot of those items that grant that and its worth it cause the items are better than normal ones.
