Cannot finish Echoes of enchantment

Iit seems I have hit a dead end in Echoes of enchantment:
In case one dies in the cave below Wexlow Village after having killed Gamjee and without finishing the quest, it seems the there is no way to get back into the cave.
At the well, the only option now is "No. I don't have time ... ", and the other entrance north east of Guynmart castle is still blocked by a tree.
The last quest-log entry to Echoes of enchantment is "I killed Gamjee and in doing so I realized that I really should go investigate ... "

I have looked around every corner in Wexlow village and the general area, with no success .
If I am missing something obvious, I would appreciate a small hint, and if not I think it would make sense to make it possible to finish the quest as starting "A Feygard delicacy" depends on it.

Yeah, that's a bug that we will have to fix in the next version.

Just fixed this.
In your case you'll have to go back to the well and jump in.
