Ring of Lesser Shadow

So... This is the third time i've restarted AT... And was immediately at the cave after I leveled sufficiently (17). In grinding for 2 rings and have farmed enough to level up to 31 rn... So I was wondering...
Instead of waiting for the mobs to respawn, could I just load a save to when they were all alive? And grind that way?
Or do still need to kill over 10,000 of em???

Sure, you can produce such a savegame yourself easily.
Some have the technic to hit them all a bit but don't yet kill them. Then save. This savegame can be reloaded each time you were not successful.
Of course you don't get XP, gold and items that way.
Btw. you might not need to kill 10000 of them. The next two could each drop a ring, with some luck
.

Cuz I hope the game isn't reading my files like... It needs 1000 polished gems and small rocks or something...
This "save-cheese" method should work no?

What Nut describes has been being done by players for over a decade. In fact, I've been doing it for just as long. It's the preferred method in my opinion

Well, you'll miss all the experience points that way, but you might get the ring slightly faster. Your call.

Well, you'll miss all the experience points that way, but you might get the ring slightly faster. Your call.
There's no "might" about it. It's multiple levels of magnitude, faster to clear and reload

Bruh, i've been farming like a madman... No ring yet. Im using the "save-cheese" method of course... But not even one.
I've killed almost 20K at this point lmao...

You're clearing and reloading, yet your counting your kills? I seriously doubt your "20k at this point" is even close to accurate

Hypothetically speaking ofcourse. It might not be the actual figure but I spent 2 and 1/2 hours yesterday (Timed myself yup) and 6 hours today (timed myself again yup)
P.s. ill be going back to grinding now
