The good news is in the grand scheme of things, it really amounts to nothing besides so-called bragging rights.
You won't miss anything of importance.

Is there a plan to add more to it? There are a lot of extraordinary events (like climbing a frozen mountain and looking down on Crossglen from above for the first time, recovering from Kazaul rotworms, or solving a murder mystery) that feel like they could fit in there.

Extraordinary events? Now that's a stretch.
Of course there's plans to add more, but they have to be worthy of an entry in the journal.

Think about where you can actually stand next to a barnyard animal
