So first, I'm a longtime player, first time poster. Thanks devs for a fantastic game!

I'm stuck similarly to this thread, however, I'm at Level 89, have completed seeming zillions of quests, and still can't , but can't remember how to start it.

I must be missing something, but I can't figure out what. Combing the forums for clues has me empty-handed. Any tips? Or has a subsequent quest locked me out of the ability to do Bootlegging?

Have you done "Ruthless Crackshot"? You are not a member until you have done this quest
