Quest "Lights in the dark" not working

Spoiler:
When I first climbed the black rock mountain I found a few pieces of paper (one of them in the basement of the little house that is almost on top of the mountain).
When I interacted with them they said something about Kazaul (of course I didn't know their purpose back then).
Now I have this quest ("Lights in the dark") that wants me to collect 5 of them but I can only collect 4 and the one in the basement of the house can not be interacted with.

It is not in the basement what you are searching. There are three pieces of paper inside a cave, one is located in the snowy area and one further down in the gray mountain area.
