I cannot sell it. If I drop it, it remains on the floor forever. What can I do to dispose of it / delete it from the game?

I remember that in the gamecube version of Animal Crossing, there was a junkyard where you could drop items that would get deleted. But there appears to be no such place in this game.

Just drop it in the woods somewhere.

Only way I can think of to get rid of it for ever would be to eat it.

A garbage chute that destroys every item and completely removes it is something we don't want. The player also can't sell some items - for his own protection. Well, rotting meat is worthy of discussion...

Would be quite funny if there was a NPC out there somewhere that goes like: "Oh I see you are carrying rotten meat around, should I throw it away for you?" so it would be like a garbage can but only for this one specific item.

Thank you. How do I do this? Do I just drop it on the ground next to them? idk how to feed it to them.

It's not in the game - but we might add it really
