2) in the city of Brimhaven, if you are killed by the petrification disorder of the basilisk (-10 hp at every turn for unlimited turns), you are reborn but the disorder remains and you cannot heal even by going to sleep.

Theoretically I shouldn't even be able to climb the cliff from this position...

It's done on purpose to allow trapped skeletons to be accessed

That's not a bug either. Notice the infinity sign on the actor condition icon

Concerning the petrifying: It would be difficult to change that if possible at all.
But I don't see the need. Not every problem vanishes during sleep, like also rotworms or mermaid scales.
Sometimes it may make sense to heed the warnings after all ...

In the basilisk cave the disturbance remains until the basilisk sees me (if I go near the basilisk I get the disturbance but as soon as I move away the disturbance goes away). after the rebirth I am no longer in front of the basilisk but the disturbance does not go away...

I know. Go near the basilisk (but not too near), then it will be OK again. It's probably an effect of the aura of the basilisk.
That's the only way to cure it. If you live that long.

dying due to petrification is difficult (I wanted to try to see what would happen: I wanted to see if the hero was really petrified); however, in the basilisk cave, the ailment is removed when you are far from the basilisk, so I think it is a bug that this ailment is not removed when you die because in fact, when you are reborn, you are no longer close to the basilisk. the ailments caused by rot or mermaid scales it is normal that they are not removed because you have rot in your body and it is normal that the ailment does not disappear until you find a way to remove them, mermaid scales are an object that you have on you and until you give it away It is normal that the problem does not go away.

What do you prefer: dying, and a wakeup in bed, or standing petrified endlessly? (Game over then)
