You need to progress more in the game. You are able to reach it.

This is a known bug introduced in the last version and we will have a bug release version shortly

I'm actually lvl 50 and finished most of the available quests but never found a way into that area... How can I get there or start the quest that will let me get there? Thanks for the help.

If not you haven't explored all the maps. But just wait for the update

Your level is really irrelevant. There's a bug here that's allowing those skeletons to spawn up there. That I accidentally caused in version 0.8.8. If you have completed "a Wicked witch" then you can get to that skeleton right now. If you haven't finished that quest and can't finish that quest because you're too weak to do so, then you need to wait for the patch release

Finally killed my last undead thanks!! That quest seemed to have been bothering me almost the whole game through!
