By the way I have scoured the blighted zombie cave to the east of Charwood to get the tonics of blood asked by Emmeline since the cave to the east of the witch hut and the one near Sullengard aren't allowing me to get in. Where exactly do I need to go to get the tonics of blood?

to get into the haunted forest you need to go back to Vilegard and talk to somebody.

"wanted men" : Directions given by trouble maker for the vault seems to be wrong.
In one case he says south in the others south east.
South West would be correct.

if someone refuses to help Vilegard (e.g. lawful, Feygard alignment), will they be able to get into the Haunted Forest later?

I have met the little girl by the 3 crystals and taken her hint to look for other crystals "in the area" but after looking all over the area and beyond, I found only one what looks like a partly hidden crystal west of Isabel's dock. But nothing happens when I walk on it.

Need another hint.
