Perhaps some gloves with a 10% chance of 2 rounds +2AP (cumulative) per hit (or 15% chance per kill) might make you a monster on a melee…
But permanently lowering you AtkCost?… Nat, thanks.
But this idea is quite literally implemented. The Cleave skill, give you a bonus of +3 ( if I not wrong) whenever you kill an opponent
No WarWolf. Cleave gives you +3 total AP. It doesn't reduce your attack cost

The gloves would be a bit different:
- they'd give a boost per hit (with a certain percentage)
- the effect might last for more than the current round

10% is overpowered. More like 1% is not OP. Maybe.
This AP boost would stack so this has a very high chance of being overpowered no matter what percentage you set it to

Plus it is increased by every level you put. I for one , am against these effects, unless it was a little lower, like 5 to 3%.

OK, I see the problem, you might be able to clear a map in one go with that.
Perhaps if the downside of these gloves were to somewhat immobilize you for one round after a fight, so you can't move directly to the next fight. After one round both positive and negative effects would be gone and your next fight would start with your regular AP.

And I don't know if it would really be overpowered.
+2AP gives you one more attack with the QSD if you have JoF or Marrowtaint.
With other weapons your chance to get more AP is significantly lower and the stronger the weapons are, the more AP you'll need to get an additional attack.
So yes, with QSD you might become an OP monster for this and the next round, but you still need to gain new AP-boosts in the next round. A 5%-chance might even make this effect too rare.

No, it's not. Cleave works only for melee fights

But everything in this game is a melee fight hahahaha the way he phrased, it made me belive it would activate on an fight, not as an always active skill.

Well, considering that you would activate the effect in battle, and that you would have at the very least 5 attacks ( with an QSD and JoF), I belive if is doable.

What is meant by melee, especially in the terms of the cleave skill is that the AP boost goes away after the fight is over. So in other words, you can't carry it over to a new fight
