Mole cave and their food

Quick question

1. Do mole cave inside rat cave can respawn after get killed?
2. Do the nutritious cave snake is also can respawn after get killed once??
3. Do we get other Places that have nutritious cave snake that drop "nutritious snake meet " in the future other than mole cave area??
4. If that answer for question number 2 is yes,
and if Its not,do the question for number 3 is yes
I have an idea for a new quest..
