Quest "Delivery" not solvable

The quest "Delivery" is not solvable, because the last Client "Arghes" in Remgard doesn't take the delivery.

A good example why one should avoid to create independent quests with the same persons.
It is going to get surprisingly complex to get it perfect.

Yeah, this prerequisite really is not necessary. Nor doesn't even make sense. You're just role playing a delivery boy at this point. You're not even asking about the thieves Guild
