Broken Feygard medallion

Checking Reizy's list of necklace shows that "Broken Feygard medallion" has
what seems to be 100% damage modifier. However, this does not show in-game when clicking on the item to see the stats.

I tested it out by wielding a weapon with lower damage modifier, then compare the damage output with and without the medallion. It looks like the damage output with the medallion is higher then without. So, it looks like it does have the damage modifier even if it isn't shown in-game.
Is this a correct observation?

PS: I assume it's the same case with "Iced leather gloves" as well?
