damn. Ok. thanks for the info. I have been hoarding my gold, so I have only purchased wine, mead, and the drinks from sullengard. Can you please tell me the town and / or drink I need. It will certainly mean more grinding and traveling back to sullengard again!!! I don't mind.

On a different note, the beer bootlegging quest, will it affect future quests if I did tell the captain anything (using the other 3 choices instead of telling him nothing?) I chose to tell him sullengard was the maker but nothing on the distributer, to protect my status in the thieves guild. As always, any help is appreciated.

Ty. I did. There are 2 towns. Blackwater for Blackwater brew and Brimhaven for Brimhaven Brew. I used brimhaven brew and got the achievement.

Hmm, I have blackwater brew in the inventory, but nothing happens. Unfortunately, I cannot buy brimhaven brew anymore because I'm not welcome in their tavern anymore? So does this only work with brimhaven brew? Or am I missing something?

It only works with the Brimhaven Brew.
