sorry i should of stated where he is: you know that one soldier that attacks you for no reason in the elm mine during the "climbing is forbidden" quest? well he's only hostile if you talk to him and choose a dialog option, but if you talk to him and dont choose a dialog option, he's not hostile.

ik its just a miscellaneous thing but, it should make him hostile if you talk to him but leave before choosing a dialog option (for example: "wha?", that was one of the dialog choices before he attacks you)

this a pretty hard thing to describe for me so sorry if you're still confused af xD
