Andor's Trail

Hey guys,

does someone have a list with all equipment and where to find them?

Or just those that raise the AP? I am looking for preferably a ring that increases AP by 1. Gladly also boots or cloves. I know about the Jewel of Fallhaven but thats about it for my knowledge.
