How do I get a second Dagger of the Shadow Priests?

Hi there, folks.

In Andor's Trail Directory (ATD) I see that DoSP can also be given by a quest related to:
that young merchant Burhczyd. When exploring Young Merchant quest details on ATD I couldn't figure how to complete the quest so that I can get another DoSP.

My last encounter with him was in Remgard. Since than I have scoured all the taverns and inns across the whole of Dhayavar but I always end up finding him in Remgard. Is the full quest yet to be implemented? But then, mentioning quest details of future implementation in ATD seems kind of a spoiler.
What do I have to do to get another DoSP?

Similarly, ATD also mentions:
Amphibian Whip weapon, but it seems I cannot get a hold of it since there is no way to open the chests in Elm mine as of now. This is yet another spoiler I think.
Not complaining. Just trying to understand if there is something I can do as a character go get those items. :)

You cannot get two DotSP. You will never be able to do this.

You can't open the chest in Elm Mine. It was created, but an oversight was to implement a way to open it. We are undecided what to do about this.

Thanks for clearing it up.

BTW, is AT Directory maintained by dev team? Because it is a bit confusing to keep such information about things in that Directory which cannot be found or achieved in the game.

No, this directory is fan made. It mechanically evaluates the sources, and so can't see that e.g. a second dagger isn't possible .
That's the punishment for being too curious and cheating with this directory :mrgreen:

There was at one time a bug (before I even discovered AT), and as a result @zukero actually does have two DotSP. Can't do that now though :cry:

Hehe. That directory has been quite helpful to me in evaluating different weapons, armors and other items. I don't mind getting punished a bit like this for the benefits it grants. :D
