I think I finished the quest. I rescued the general and met him in the next room from Arghest to settle the debt. However, when I talk to Jern, he still urges me to BWM to find the general? Is there something else I miss?

There are older quests e g. in Fallhaven with a similar behavior, so don't judge it too hard

I've not completed the BWM/Prim quest cause the limbo problem...
It is situation blocking the Climb up is forbidden quest?
Why this quest is blocked (for users not playing with permadeath)? I'm on level 51, visited all and done all quest: start to be boring...
