[SPOILER] Unrecorded Quest

As I scanning and reading through the latest AT directory website (Version 2) specifically "Quests" to re-check my quests (82 completed, 4 active, and 1 unattainable). I stumbled upon one finished quest
on my own list but there's no stated quest in the said website. 
So, in my second thought, is this a forgotten one (to include in the quest list) or a 
Kindly fix this to lessen confusion from and remind us (players).
