How hard would it be to have the "shadow of sorts to pop up on us and warn us or try to get us to follow their paths while out exploring?
Would it or could it work the same as the patrols for bonemeal?
It would be more so a ghost of sorts??
I mean we already have the filthy feygard patrol stinking up the roads.

Instead of trying to strengthen the shadow followers why don't you try to play as a Feygard loyalist and learn how difficult it is to play that way.

Up until today it's only the possession of bonemeal which gets punished.
At least I have not yet encountered a feygard patrol that wanted to test my hair/blood/urine for signs of bonemeal-abuse.
