Not sure if this is a bug, or intensional..

I rang the bell because, well, because I could. I was scolded, not a toy, etc.

After I left & while ambling around west brimhaven, out of the blue the bell rang..

Is this part of a quest I haven't discovered or forgot about, or is the cat messing with me?

Thought I'd mention it in case it's an error.

No. You are not missing anything.

there's another bug in the belltower quest and that is when i choose the option to let the cat eat the mouse i still have the trapped mouse in my inventory therefore i could still let the mouse escape outside of the town.
