Is the NPC Fanamor accessible in game?

I can see him but there's no way to reach him?

He is the only thing left to complete the Thief's Apprentice mission.

I can't find a way to reach Fanamor.
I've attached the screenshot of the map explored by me (so far) with a red circle of Fanamor's location acc to the Andor's Trail Directory

As you can see the entire area is surrounded by bushes

How am I supposed to reach Fanamor?

Come on now. You haven't even tried to walk through. Walk in between the trees. easy peasy

She'll tell you what to do next.
Yet there are several possible twists, depending on your actions.
