So i have got my necklace of the undead back and also the stuffed rat by andor. Can i meet the merchant again now and if yes then where.

I'd expect him to appear once more. But where can't be said. Only so much: not in any tavern where you already found him.

Does he appears in places where we have already met him?? Because i have met him in all the areas except remgard and charwood because i have not completed their quests
EDIT: now i know he is in remgard because i didn't see him in charwood as well thanks for your help mate

You do not have to complete the quests in an area to meet him in a tavern in that area.

Hello, in the quest "the young merchant", I have met Burhczyd again, this time in Remgard, and he has stolen an armor from the Knights of Elythom. Asking for something more, he tells no more, just "we can't be seen together" or so. Do I have to travel to another new place so I meet him again?
