I completed the 'much water' quest first, after that I realized that I could not enter the place where there was an npc that gave the 'dark blessing of the shadow' skill.
Any suggestions for this problem? sorry for my bad english.

I've not yet tried to get there after completing the *Much Water* quest, but I have noticed that the entry to the Allaceph area (Brimhaven Cave) has changed. I think you should be looking for a different access route.
