List of Unique Weapons, Shields, Armor, Rings/Neck etc

Can we start a list of all the unique drops we have come across, who drops them, and there stats?
I'll start off with what I have found
Weapons:
Flagstone's pride
Attack Cost(AP): 4
Attack Chance: 21%
Attack Damage: 1-6
Critical Hit chance: 10%
Critical Multiplier: 2
Found/Location: Dragon in the Flagstone quest.
Venomous Dagger
Attack Cost(AP): 4
Attack Chance: 20%
Attack Damage: 1-2
Critical Hit Chance: 20%
Critical Multiplier: 3
Found/Location: Snake Master in the cave south of Crossglen Armor: Helm, Tunic/Body, Gloves, Boots:
Stone Cuirass(Body/Tunic)
Attack Cost (AP): 2
Block Chance: 22%
Damage Resistance: 1
Found/Location: ????(I forgot where I got it, if somebody could tell me, I will edit)
^BTW I heard this was upgraded, but I downloaded the new version, and the stats stayed the same. Does anybody have the new stats?
Unzel's defensive boots
Block Chance: 8% Found/Location: ????(I forgot where I got it, if somebody could tell me, I will edit)
Rings/Necklaces
Jinxed Ring of Damage Resistance
Block Chance: 5%
Damage Resistance: 1
Found/Location: Dragon in the Flagstone quest.

Flagstone's pride and Jinxed Ring of Damage Resistance is dropped by the dragon in the Flagstone quest.
Venomous Dagger is dropped by the Snake Master in the cave south of Crossglen.

Don't forget the wolf pack animal hide and vacors boots.

Stone Cuirass(Body/Tunic) - this is found in the caves in the forest near Nor City. The leader of the gargoyle trainers drops it.
Unzel's defensive boots - Unzel is the thief north of the Abandoned house in the area between the home town and the one with the Church of Shadow (forget the name).
or you get Vacor's boots if you side with Unzel, he's in that town with the Church of the Shadow.
There's also Irogotu's necklace (1 damage resist) you get from Irogotu who's in the cave where there's a soldier standing by the entrance.

Guys, make sure you use the spoiler tag when talking about things that are in the game. There are people that would like to find things on their own.

Irogotu's necklace also gives 5% block

Would it be possible to update the list in the original post?
Could you include the RoLS as well?
+15% Attack
+3 damage
+5% Crit
Also, what is and where is the +6 damage ring?

Even though its very rare to get, the RoLS isn't technically a unique weapon since you can get more than 1 (if you put in the time). I remembered a couple more that I'll put in spoilers if the first post will be updated.
Unzel's defensive boots - block chance 8% (if you kill Unzel for Vacor)
Vacor's boots of attack - attack chance 9%, block chance 2% (if you kill Vacor for Unzel)
There's also an animal pack hide but I guess I don't have it anymore so I don't know the stats.
The +6 damage ring is sold by one of those theives in a tavern (might even be in the home town but I don't remember) It boosts your damage by 6 (and you can wear 2!).
