Should be: "I *was* sent by Jhaeld to end whatever it is you *did* to the people of Remgard".

I think it needs to be "I was sent by Jhaeld to end whatever it is you are doing to the people of Remgard."

That depends on where you learnt your English, it's a proper noun and should be capitalised.

Nope. In this context, "east" is not a proper noun and hence should not be capitalized.
