stoutford castle bug (Lord erwyn)

after i killed lord erwyn i forgot to get the quest first and now i noticed 2 things:

1. every time i.kill him he just freakin instantly respawns again

2. if i flee from battle.mid fight he instantly regenerates all lost health from the battle

this SO frustrating especially since im a low.level currently in the play through 3x pls help ;-;

Erwyn is no nice guy. An arrogant but mighty undead. Best you go somewhere else first, e.g. to Stoutford City and seek for help there...

What exactly is the glitch?
Erwyn does respawn - he is a mighty undead, that you normally can't kill.
And that he regains his health after you flee - unusual, but that's Erwyn.

so this is how it happened: i fought through the undead castle without grabbing the castle's quest that comes with it (stoutford's old castle) and once i got to lord erwyn i attacked and killed him, but remember, i forgot the quest, so erwyn just freakin respawns and i remember my mistake, i grab the quest from the chruch in stoutford from the priest, i kill erwyn again and now he just respawns and every time i kill him it doesnt say i killed him so i cant complete the quest =>~<=
