My nickname comes from a personal story that I won't share here. My avatar comes from my previous internet nickname (during the 90s and early 00s), Sparkster, the main character of the Rocket Knight Adventure game series on Sega Genesis. It was one of my favorite childhood games, one that never had the level of exposure it deserved, drowned in the plethora of animal-mascot-side-scrolling-platformer.

The story behind my name comes from Andors Trail, I never trusted the Shadow and By calling myself Shadow Slayer I mean to slay the shadow in the way of destroying the shadow religion and ending its rule, I never liked the shadow and suspected it to be evil and I was right!
They called it the Shadow, and started creating a small cult around it, Only the smallest core of the cult actually knows that this power comes from the Kazaul-era dark arts...

When I started Andors Trail and got as first quest to run behind my brother, this reminded me to some fairy tale.
The oldest son was sent to do some great thing - and never came back.
The next son was sent to do some great thing - and never came back.
The youngest son was trusted nothing and sent last. This youngest son always has a name like "Dummling" (German for Simpleton) and I think I remember to have it translated as "Nut".
