This was very creative and quite funny. Was this a french cartoon if I can recall correctly?

Yes, Asterix was a french cartoon series - and still is! Author and designer have changed, but nevertheless it is my favourite cartoon. Everytime I read one of it, I find some new funny details.
Normally I read it in German, only for this prequel I used an English translation.
It was much fun creating it, and on the way I learned much about using Photoshop.
