Further stat leveling

I know that there have been a lot of ideas floating aroynd about stats, but in my surfing I didn't see anything like this. I would like, after a certain point (maybe level 40 or something else like that) you would be able to train things other than hp/block/damage/chance. I would like to able able to train the crit chance, damage resistance, maybe even some sort of healing or heath regeneration. I think it should be pretty hard to obtain (again a strangly high level or maxing a certain stat) but since there isn't much for high-level characters, I'd love to be able to train those.

Ideas?

As an alternative suggestion,

When achieving levels that are multiples of 10, being awarded a random +1 to Critical chance/ damage resistance/or health generation, or even -1 to attack cost, in addition to the level bonus.

Skills are planned to implemented, which should cover things like CritD, Crit%, HP Reg, DR, extra dmg vs monster type and maybe some kind of spells. Very limited work has been begun on skills.
